Hi, I’m Siena—a certified holistic health coach helping purpose-seeking individuals recover from burnout, break out of self-doubt and reconnect with who they really are underneath the pressure to perform.

 

For years, I was stuck in the cycle so many of us know

  • Hustling in a corporate job that looked good on paper, but drained me

  • Living on autopilot

  • Using hormonal contraception to manage my symptoms instead of listening to my body

  • Feeling “off” but not knowing what to do about it

 

When I finally quit my job, my whole world cracked open.

I realized how much I’d been overriding my body’s signals. I didn’t need more productivity hacks, I needed 

a full body reset.

 

Through working with me, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, reclaim your energy, and build

deep confidence from within. My approach blends ancient practices with practical tools to support your

mind, body, and spirit—so you can feel aligned, clear, and in flow with your life. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about fundamentally changing how you operate so burnout is no longer your baseline.

​​​I know what it feels like to be doing everything right and still feel completely off.

For years, I tried to be “healthy” while pushing through fatigue, anxiety, irregular periods, and brain fog. I stayed in a job that didn’t align. I said yes when I wanted to say no. I ignored my body’s quiet requests for rest—until I couldn’t anymore.

What I was really in was burnout. Physically, emotionally, hormonally—I was disconnected from myself.

It wasn’t until I gave myself full permission to slow down, step away from the hustle, and come off hormonal birth control that everything began to shift. I started listening to my body’s language. I learned to eat in a way that supported my cycle. I rebuilt my nervous system, synced with the seasons, and finally started feeling like me again.

Now, I help others do the same.

 

Not with rigid plans or “fixes,” but with personalized coaching that honors your body, story, and season of life. If you’re tired of feeling tired. If your body is asking for a new way.
